Superhands October 2023 News
Our schools reopened in September after the summer holidays. Upon reopening, students sat their end of semester exams and have now started their regular class timetable.
During the break our new management team were busy ordering books and stationery for the year ahead.
Donations of Uniforms
We are currently providing all students with their uniforms for the year ahead.
We are very grateful for the recent donations for the cost of uniforms that have been made by local people.
AIS Islamgarh
Mr Haji Ch Tasib Hussain, a local well known dignitary and manager of Allama Iqbal Schools has donated uniforms for all 89 girls of the school. The staff and girls all thanked him.
A group of local people have donated sufficient funds to pay for the boys’ uniforms.

A UK donor who did not want to be named, donated uniforms for all 83 students at AIS Jatlan.

High School Registrations
Our first schools at Islamgarh and Dina are now registered as high schools (classes 9 & 10). The registration process has been long-winded and bureaucratic, with many hoops to jump through! We are grateful to our local management team who have overseen this process.
Upon completion of high school the next stage is college for 2 years (classes 11 & 12), after which students can apply for university. We are considering whether we can provide this education, depending on the provision of our supporters. In which case our students would have been with us for their whole school life to university, all credit to the public. As a charitable organisation funded by the public this would be a great achievement. English and Arabic having been taught all the way through.
